Kyle and I went up Lyman Hill yesterday, another peak of low stature but major prominence. We took the west side route up from Hathaway Road, just off Highway 9 north of Sedro Wooley.
The maze of logging roads up there can be a little tricky, we were happy to have pulled Bob Bolton's gps track from Peakbagger. We took our time, as we had all day. We needed snowshoes above about 3200 ft.

Views of Baker and the Twin Sisters from the summit were nice, although weather was moving in. It was windy and super chilly up there.

On our way back down, Dan Lauren cruised by on a mountain bike, because he's smarter than we are. He's a nice guy.
