Got a bonus Friday off from work so we decided to go play in the fresh snow on Mount Rose (yes.. once again!).
Drove through Hoodsport and it was lightly snowing. Snow from the trailhead (850'). Probably close to 6 feet of new snow towards the summit (4300'). We did not see one other soul the entire day. Love plowing through the fresh stuff!
Looks like this weekend snow levels rising and heavy rain so not sure how much of the lower white stuff will remain. But was beautiful today! Views of Mount Ellinor shows she was blasted with snow!
