Hi NWHikers! I'm bringing a taste of the desert to the REI Flagship store in Seattle - giving two free presentations on Hiking the Arizona National Scenic Trail (AZT) at 1:00 on Saturday, February 10th and at 2:00 on Sunday, February 11th. Much more than just hot, dry, thorny desert, the Arizona Trail is incredibly diverse- from 9000-ft. Sky Island peaks to the largest Ponderosa Pine forest in the world and rim to rim through the Grand Canyon.
