Deer Creek road to Kelcema lake 12 m RT, not a lot of gain but enough to downhill ski at a moderate pace. Also about 0.8 miles in there is an old mining-logging road to the right, in about a mile you will come to a cliffy area with a good view to the south of Big 4. The trail switchbacks up to eventually Devils Thumb and Peak, but that's a very long day. From the Deer Creek road where the MLH is gated, snowshoeing to to Big 4 is pretty flat and scenic, but more people. One more that I know of is Coal lake road to Coal lake it's pretty scenic with a bit of gain, be aware of a cliffy, slide prone area on the right at a high point about 1/2 mile or so from the lake.

Go placidly amid the noise and waste, and remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof.
