Last week on the Sage Hills / Horse Lake Reserve Loop on an open West facing slope around 2000'.

We rode our bikes up Rock Creek, which is a few miles west of Okanogan off hwy 20.  The sunflowers, yeah I know it is balsam root, are at peak bloom today.
