it's early to hit that one yet IMO. Riding MTB in the area, it is typically lower loops this time of year, like Minnow Ridge/Chickamin Creek. Also there were reports of lots of blow down up there a year or two ago. Not sure if they were ever logged out.
I have no actual info, but just wanted to support the idea of going there . If there are no blowdowns, then the trialhead should be reachable without snow. Probably snow in the forest and on the ridge though. Distel32 did a beautiful trip there in 2015 along the ridge.
