I saw the original trip report but did not return until today. This turned out to be a good conversation. I have always considered the lookout site to be the East Brother. The much lower and more easterly one being one of the Brothers is news to me. I doubt many folks get to the lookout site as it is father from Stafford Creek and lower than the west peak. I have only done it once. We camped below the pass and did a more or less level traverse over to Gold Creek Basin and picked up the trail to the summit. The summit east of the lookout is an interesting goal.
