Seeking used climbing rope for use a as a pull cord for my snowmobiles and a couple of generators, I hear that they work well for those applications. Need to be close by, I live in Verlot so Snohomish county....You could drop it off after a hike at my place and I will provide some cold brew or something, or $. Thanks. I have no cell or 'net there so communication will be sporadic.

^ I buy it by the roll down at AgriShop (12th & Sprague 253 272 9331)
100 foot roll - 9/64" diameter - last roll cost me about $15 bucks, as I recall.
Can probably source it from Ebay or Amazon. Brand on the roll I have now is "Stens" (part number 146-035 )

Used to buy individual pull ropes from O'Reilly's Auto Parts (they come WITH a new universal rubber handle) but they were about $5 bucks a pop. Not economically practical when you're rebuilding lawnmowers - better to buy the stuff by the roll. (The Stens stuff is better rope, too.)

Yes, but I read that small diameter climbing rope is stronger and lasts longer than the typical pull cordage.
