We were heading to ski Sarvant glacier, but a bit slow and also ended up too low to approach the glacier entrance. That was enough excuse to just relax on Banshee summit. We did take a quick run down a gully before getting back up the Panhandle Gap. Overall, this trip was much more horizontal than vertical, i.e. "skike" as ski-hike.
The approach was easier on trail shoes though we skinned the last mile to the main bridge. It was solid snow after that.

The most interesting part of the day was crazy clouds around the summit. We were glad not attempting to summit. I guess it was great weather for those preparing for Himalayan expeditions.
