Can I use an Anker Power Bank to charge an iPhone, GoPro, and RX100 camera?

Don't see why not with proper cables. I use a power bank (iogear) to charge my tablet.

I would think a spare camera battery would be simpler, and they don't weigh much.
I used various battery packs (Anker is a good brand) to charge the phone on long multiday backpack trips. Look at amazon etc. for short charging cords, keeping a bunch of 3' cords organized is too much trouble.
Find how many Amp Hours your batteries are, and the maximum number of charges you plan on for each one. Get about 130% larger charging pack then your AH calculation.
You might get two smaller battery packs, use one for shorter trips and both for longer trips.

I have a battery pack that's good for about 2 1/2 charges, but it weighs about as much as 4 spare batteries, so I agree that spare batteries may be the best way to go.

The spare battery option looks like it may be the best way to go lighter and simpler.
