Well, I had been up above Salmon Meadows on a bike ride. That's why the bike was plugged in.
By the way, the upper part--the big meadow has been turned into an official pay campground and half the meadow is now fenced off. Also, the flower bloom is past peak there. The good thing is that this part of the woods doesn't have concessionaires running the campgrounds so I think it is cheaper for campers.
