In the comments, some guy says it's been at least 7 years since a real snow event, he must live in Puget sound, and mean a local one. The winter of 16/17 was effin brutal and the most snow I've ever seen in the Gorge...didn't see my lawn, or even get my tires down to dirt in the driveway, from 1st week of Dec... until nearly March. This was also the winter of the great PDX snow fustercluck.
