Fun! I've always had a thing for timelapses, the patterns that emerge that you don't otherwise notice. The clouds against the stars at 1:49 are particularly cool.

up.gif Very nice! And I agree with neek...I've never seen anything quite like those scissoring stars and clouds.

Sweet! Looks like you got in an enviable amount of time this year in some mighty scenic spots. up.gif up.gif I'd be interested to know what kind of camera you use, and how you manage your battery life.

Thanks! I use a Nikon D7200. I have 7 batteries. 1 battery typically lasts all day of photos/timelapses/filming. However a night sky timelapse will kill a battery in 1 cycle as it lasts 5ish hours. Great camera, that being said... Nikon's customer service dept. & rules/regulations on warranties or repairs is horrific and this will be my last Nikon. Going either back to Canon after this or trying Sony out.

That was great. Certainly must have been a lot of work. I wouldnt mind a quick listing of the trip locations. I recognized some of the areas, but not all. Im currently using a Canon 5D mk4. Im thinking about downsizing to the Sony Sony a7R IV. Ill be selling a lot of Canon glass when I make my decision. Thanks for posting.

Great compilation! The PNW is truly a beautiful area to explore and capture. It looks like you captured some animal on the rock across the lake in the shot at 0:39, any idea what that is? I also really enjoyed the section at 1:20. Thanks for sharing.
