The road number is #9090 and the trail is #1344 But the Cle Elum RD doesn't list much info about either. Useful maps with road and trail numbers labeled here: https://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/okawen/recreation/ohv/?cid=stelprdb5317888

THATS WRONG! That is the OLD ORIGINAL fisherman trail directions. That trail DOES climb steeply up to the first lake, but it is so old it is VERY difficult to find and follow. The current trail is located farther up the road at 4400' and when on the trail there is NO elevation gain or loss from the road to the first lake!
