This year at Burning Man there was a nighttime aerial drone display in tribute to Larry Harvey, the founder of Burning Man who died earlier this year. The music was composed and performed by Joep Beving.

The drones were guided by a specially made algorithm that simultaneously allows both individual choice and movement as a group.
