I saw survey ribbons by the river and wonder if logging is about to happen near the trail. The lines of ribbons led to two National Forest Boundary signs. I thought all the land that far out was National Forest. I know that a land conservancy has some of the land out there too though. Trail is in good shape for the first 3 miles with just one blow down. Pictures are here: http://mosswalks.blogspot.com/2019/01/brush-crashing-on-lower-skokomish.html
