Does anyone know if the Hamma Hamma River Road is drivable to the Putvin Trailhead?

It was on Nov. 4, when I last drove it. And this trip report from a couple of weeks ago says it was fine as far as the Lena Lake trailhead, but snowy after that.

Update: as of 3/24 it was snow free until 1400', about 0.5 miles from the Putvin TH.
