The camera is inside a steel security case. Yes, the bears would destroy the hard plastic body of the camera if not inside the steel housing. I would've lost several by now if not using the housing

Maybe your bears are more violent than my bears smile.gif My camera is not fancy and I just have a plastic case. I had raccoons steal the camera before and drag it into the bushes, but not break. I also had a bear sniff the camera and lick and smudge it, but again, not break it and not even scratch the plastic. I think my bear neighbor is a very gentle soul.
