Here is a science podcast that features one of our members, though he hasn't posted in a few years, GoBlueHiker. You may remember some of his adventures in Alaska, BC, and on the Olympic Peninsula. In this podcast he is talking about a former US military installation which is now buried in the Greenland ice sheet. It was supposed to take several thousand years before it would have been uncovered, but due to climate change, i.e. global warming, it will need to be addressed sooner than that, much sooner.
Here is a video to go along with a very short part of the podcast interview of Mike.
