My fully furnished triplex apartment north of the ship canal will be vacant again in May. Prefer a tenant for a minimum of 4-6 months, but would consider longer this time, up to 12 months as I may need to travel to NY in fall to help with a family situation. 1.5 br/1 bath, a great setup for someone relocating here on temp assignment, in-between houses, etc. Haven't been deluged by intern queries yet, so I thought I'd post here.
