Wildflowers are beginning to bloom on Cougar Mountain. Skunk cabbage, trillium, coltsfoot, yellow violets, salmonberry flowers, and bleeding hearts. Much to my surprise I also saw chocolate lilies in bloom.

Thanks. I was not expecting much to be blooming yet or I would have brought a better camera. My old tech cell phone did pretty well.

The De Leo Wall area nearby is covered in Chocolate Lilies - they are my favorite!
