I can find reports on folks going up hannegan pass, but I'm curious how difficult it would be to continue up with the snow.

I did Hannegan Peak on May 27th. Not a problem

Hannegan Peak is two thumbs up. And for anyone on their way to Silesia/Copper Ridge ascending to Hannegan Peak then traversing east on the Hannegan High Route (scramble off the peak to its east ridge, maybe snowy now) makes for a super scenic alternative to the descent the trail route takes.
