Has anyone here hiked the Uinta high trail point to point?  I'm planning on hiking it and I'm struggling with the logistics. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

You may want to do a web search for Utah based hiking groups/chat pages. Wasatch Hiking Club is one, and I'm sure there are more. Boy Scout networks may also know the drill. I'm not sure how much attention the Uintas get from out of state hikers so I'm thinking networking locally (Utah) could be the route to knowledgable folks. Good luck with it.

Also by bicycle it's 115 miles between trailheads, not so bad if you are already an experienced cyclist.

I have hiked it.  Not sure what you mean by "point to point" or by "logistics" for that matter.   confused.gif
