Available Sept 1st, possibly sooner. Fully furnished, complete kitchen, etc. 3-6 months preferred, occasionally longer. Not an AirBnB situation, minimum stay 30 days. The building is a triplex on a quiet street. Bottom line is I don't want an permanent (indefinite) tenant. Would like someone who needs to stay at least through the holiday time (end of Jan). Past tenants have included visiting UW profs, cancer patients from out of town here for tx, grad students, tech interns, folks relocating from elsewhere and locals in-between house sales/purchases.
