I spent the weekend of 22-23 June climbing Mt Adams with my daughter Katie and her husband Patrick. We enjoyed great weather and had a blast, and all reached the summit in clear skies and a stiff wind. The glissade from Pikers Peak back to the lunch counter was a highlight for the kids… Lots of people all over the mountain on this weekend with the Trail head parking lot packed to the brim. Some pictures follow.

Excellent. Seems the old lookout is still iced in. Still lots of skiers, Paul?

Passing rocks and trees like they were standing still

Yep, the old lookout was buried with only a bit of wood showing. A fair amount of skiers the weekend we were up there also (10+) with pretty much continuous snow above 6,600 ft. The snow was pretty hard until about 11am.
