Anyone been up to ice lakes recently? Gonna spend 5 days rambling the Entiat cirque. It’s my first time on this route so is there any particular things to look out for on the way from carne to Maude? (Besides peak-a-boo trails)
We did the Carne Mountain High Route last September and it was in great condition. If my goal was Ice Lakes / Maude I would go in Carne Mountain and take the ridge up to Freezer and drop in.
