I would put this in lost and found but thought this a bit cool - unusual.
My son was hiking near the pinnacles by the trailhead to Bear Creek Mountain and found an SD card laying on the ground. Plugging it in he discovered that it was lost in 2012 (last photo anyway).
Amazing that an SD card can just sit there exposed to the elements for seven years and be 100% Ok.
Will try to figure out how to upload the pictures (maybe, the system here is a bit onerous)
I did a quick google search and it looks like there might be a "Shenandoah" sport fishing boat out of Westport... but doubt the skipper (even if it was the same person) would remember a potential client 7+ years later by face. Doing a google picture search for "Westport Charter" brings up a photo from 2016 of another boat called the "Predator" which seems to be the same make/model(?) of the boat in the boat in the background w/ the fish.

I just think it's crazy that it's been sitting on a rock through seven summers and winters and still works like a champ.
Yup. And in an exposed area I presume.
What's especially fun about sock puppets is that you can make each one unique and individual, so that they each have special characters. And they don't have to be human––animals and aliens are great possibilities
