Just a couple months ago had a mouse pop up by my windshield wipers while I was going through Cle Elum. Unfortunately my house is probably as bad as any trailhead, so husband was completely nonplussed by the event, but was somewhat entertained by my story of getting questioned by a local I've known for decades as I pulled over and was chasing it around the engine compartment with my ice scraper.
Finding mice in your car is much better than not being able to find the dead mouse in your car.
