Best opener I saw was Cracker,
I saw them open for the Grateful Dead in Eugene in '94.
They were great!

Since I have no expectations of forgiveness, I don't do it in the first place. That loop hole needs to be closed to everyone.

Best opening acts I saw, several times, were James Montgomery and then Elvin Bishop opening for The Marshall Tucker Band.

Bishop was great. Saw him several times when he was with Paul Butterfield. Went on his own making more great music.

I saw Jeff Healey open up for ZZ Top. That was an awesome show. Jeff Healey is blind too.

Take risks not to escape life, but to prevent life from escaping I may not have anyone rocking my world right now but, I don't have anyone messing it up either.

1986. Denver. I saw Metallica open for Ozzy. I think at least half the crowd was there for the opening act.

My best one: August 16, 1993, Pine Knob Amphitheater in Clarkston, Michigan. Booker T & the MGs opened for Neil Young and then proceeded to serve as his band for his set.
