Cool looking peaks. The geology of the Rockies is just so different than the Cascades. From your second peak looking back toward the first, those lakes down below on the left are gorgeous. Are those somewhat accessible?

I looked at the linked topo, doesn't appear to be a trail to the lakes I asked about. Just eyeballing the picture, dropping down from above doesn't look inviting. Maybe you can bushwhack up the valley.

I've been to those lakes. We dropped down from above. We went all the way down to Sonielem Lake and had to work our way though some cliffy stuff to get down there.
