Got it in 1998 and sporadically used for 3-4 years until I got a smaller, lighter SARC. McHale Packs are fairly bomber and custom fitted, so would have to try on. I could measure it. Was a $400 pack back in the day. Doesn’t have kangaroo pouch, but does have a detachable snow shovel pocket. Here are some pics. Fanny pack lid, saddle bags, and snow shovel pocket. Pack can be configured for large loads, or Brocken down for day trips from camp (or just the fanny pack). Padding is a removable Evasote foam pad that can be used in an emergency bivy. $75. Worth more than that, but I’m needing to clear some space.
