Strange that their figures are so much higher than those published by other insurance institutions. Obviously insurance companies have an interest in overstating the uninsured rate to encourage you to buy uninsured driver insurance and set high premiums -- but overstating by more than 100% compared to other sources seems absurd.

We had to pay for parking in the old part of Mukilteo down by the ferry landing last weekend.
I used to like to go to the Diamond Knot Brewery there by the terminal when the still had free parking in the lot south of there used for beach access, but no more.
