Ive never been to the upper most Kendall Peak lake so yesterday seemed like a good time to go. The weather was clear and cool. I wanted to try out my new bike. It handled the road very well.
Parking lot shot.
The bridge is washing out on the North side. They closed the road.
The first lake. I wonder how long it will be a lake.
The middle lake.

The upper most lake is difficult to photo. Its not easy to traverse around it. Another wonderful day in the mountains.

Those lakes are really nice. One of these days I'll have to do a jaunt up there.

It's clearly radioactive up there as evidenced by the pictures. Best to avoid.

That’s Bremsstrahlung Radiations caused by hikers going faster than local speed of light Joe understands.

Im not certain I ever measured up speed wise to that. I certainly don't now. Slow and steady wins the race people.

Thanks for the report. I've only been to those lakes in winter. Looks like it worth visiting when they're not frozen over. How far can you get by bike?
