"It doesn't sound quite as exciting as a "Polar Vortex" or "Bombogenesis" but a Category 3 or 4 "Atmospheric River" is making its way toward the Pacific Northwest at the end of this week, bringing heavy rains and potential for flooding." I wish I knew more about meterology but maybe I am just too lazy to learn. Anyway, thought this might stir some interest and maybe discussion. Rumi
