I don't like the Patriots and am usually happy to see them lose, but I had mixed feeling for some reason over this game, that and the game itself was boring AF!

The Bills-Texans game was much more exciting.

That's why I was puzzled as to why I wasn't as happy as usual, I think because the game put me to sleep, literally.

I hope not, seen enough of him. I don't see him as the GOAT, he was just at the right place at the right time-great program, great coach.

He has had a great career it would be sad to see him rust.

True. I hate to see that happen to anyone, very few can quit at exactly the right time.

If he does get rusty he should do it at home with his super-model wife and a good accountant.  Or coaching...????

All of them seem to stay beyond their time. I remember Payton barely being able to throw the ball his last year in Denver.  Look at Brees today. Its not extreme, but they put in Hill (the younger guy_ to throw that 50 yard bomb.  Brees is losing his arm strength.  I remember him losing to Marcus in the 2000 Rose bowl. He's been around 20 years.

Not just Brady...from the owner to the coach to the quarterback, the Patriots are the poster child for a team that’s totally challenged ethically. Good riddance.

I was talking to a diehard Patriots fan earlier in the season and he was boasting that they’d forgotten how it felt like to lose. The arrogance! Ugh.

I had to eat some serious crow after the Pats beat the Hawks in the stupid bowl.  I was working in Rhode Island at the time too.  Sucked!
