I'm looking for a small GPS tracker which behaves like a handheld, but is much smaller. 1 Hz update minimum logging rate, GLONASS and WAAS enabled would be great. I've seen some USB dongles which do this sort of thing, and a few puck-like antennaGPS combos on Amazon, but don't know if they'll simply free run when powered up. I'd like as much accuracy as I can get, hence the WAAS/GLONASS options. I figured with all the tech heads here someone might have some suggestions. Pet tracker? Car tracker? I need under a few oz and matchboxish size, but high spatial resolution and minimum of 1 Hz logging.

GPS watch? Garmin makes them with every second logging, one can do 53 hours of GPS recording per change.

Well yeah, stalking an aircraft. Need a cheap way to truth radar detects data with GPS data from a model aircraft, but my old etrex does not supply 1 Hz time stamps. Uses some memory saving tricks like only saving the end points when traveling in a straight line.
