Pack covers. It seems they save you from carrying a couple pounds of water around. Even in dry weather they keep the overnight dew off. Best.

Good tips. I find an umbrella indispensable, though it does leak after several hours. I also bring a micrfiber cloth for wiping condensation on tent or just soaking up water. It’s very absorbent, light and wrings out really well. Also good for frost.

When I grow up I wanna play.
