They would pretty much prefer having 50 untrained, poorly groomed, fake service dogs to one real one than require some sort of certification and training requirements for people that have legit service dogs.
That's a pretty big claim and at odds with my experience with people that have actual service animals. Do you have any facts to back that up?

People with actual service dogs are not the ADA. Facts. Go ride a bus. Go to the grocery store and see the little doggies in the cart. Fly on an airplane, etc, etc.

Eh? Why don't you read the FAQ on service animals on the ADAs website before your next babble. https://www.ada.gov/regs2010/service_animal_qa.html

So the ADA, or American's with Disabilities Act is a group of laws designed to protect disabled people from discrimination and insure access to public amenities. It's mostly a good thing but it also aims to protect the privacy, finacial interests and basically remove as much inconvenience as possible. It's pretty iron clad, and most businesses and government entities are pretty afraid (justifiably) of being sued so they arent willing to question false and outrageous claims....
