Do Fish and Wildlife lands fall under DNR or are they separate agencies?
Was planning to go over to Eastern WA later this week.

As of right now, yes. But according to the news source a few posts up, DNR is planning to close to recreation in the near future.

Skamania County, WA is now officially closed to all outdoor recreation until further notice. This is basically the Columbia Gorge to Mt. St. Helens and includes undeveloped roads, all national forest land, etc.

I've said it in other threads but it bears repeating: be extremely wary of the Burke Gilman and other popular paths. I don't want to push people onto roads they're not comfortable riding, so... use good judgment whatever your preferred method of locomotion is.

Seattle Parks and Recreation is closing its parking lots to destination parks to discourage large gatherings. Here's the announcement.
Quote: SEATTLE (March 24, 2020) – In an effort to encourage social distancing and reduce the number of congregating crowds, the City of Seattle has closed parking at the eight destination parks, closed all beaches to gatherings and prohibited access to Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area and Rattlesnake Ledge Trail near North Bend. Last week, the City and County announced that play areas and other high touch areas would be closed, and reinforced that congregating in parks is not allowed at this time.
The Seattle Parks and Recreation eight destination parks are Green Lake, Lincoln, Golden Gardens, Seward Park, Magnuson Park, Gas Works, Alki Beach, and Discovery. All Seattle beaches will no longer be open for gatherings however will remain open for walking or general exercise. Parking lots will be closed beginning Wednesday, March 25. Understanding the Governor’s Stay at Home, Stay Healthy order, residents are encouraged to visit the 479 local neighborhood parks or to bike or walk to these destination parks, which will remain open for public use.
SPR and SPD will also continue to deploy staff to encourage social distancing at these highly frequented parks as well as locations such as Cal Anderson and Volunteer Park.
Interesting, I can see the need to close Rattlesnake Lake parking and ledges, but I thought it strange that the City of Seattle was doing this. Then I dug deeper and found this on Wikipedia: Rattlesnake Lake is part of the Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area, which is owned and managed by Seattle Public Utilities as a non-development buffer to the protected municipal watershed lands. I had assumed it was state or county owned. ~z

Olympic National Park News Release
Olympic National Park is Further Modifying Operations to Implement the Latest Health Guidance
Port Angeles, WA – Olympic National Park, in response to the Stay Home, Stay Safe Proclamation 20-25 and Proclamation 20-05 issued by the Governor of the State of Washington, is announcing additional modifications to operations to support federal, state, and local efforts to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
As of March 24, 2020, Olympic National Park will offer no services outside those that support visitor or resource protection. At Olympic National Park, the following services and operations will be suspended through at least April 6, 2020 in order to comply with the state order:
Most park roads are closed at the park boundary. These temporary closures include Staircase Road; Hurricane Ridge Road; Ozette Road; Mora Road; Upper Hoh Road; Lower and Upper Queets roads; and North Fork and Graves Creek roads in the Quinault Valley. The Olympic Hot Springs Road and Whiskey Bend Road in the Elwha Valley are closed to vehicles at the Madison Falls parking area due to the washout of Olympic Hot Springs Road. Sol Duc, Deer Park, Obstruction Point, and Hurricane Hill roads have not opened for the season and remain closed at this time.
All overnight camping, including in wilderness, is currently suspended. All drive-in park campgrounds are closed including: Staircase, Heart O’ the Hills, Ozette, Mora, Hoh, Kalaloch, Queets, North Fork, and Graves Creek. Deer Park, Fairholme, Sol Duc, and South Beach have not opened for the season and remain closed at this time. With this closure, it is important to remember that no other areas in the park are authorized for camping.
To make changes to or cancel existing wilderness permit reservations affected by this closure, please contact the Wilderness Information Center at 360-565-3100 (Option 4) or email Olym_WIC@nps.gov.
All public facilities including visitor centers, contact stations, and restrooms are closed.
Kalaloch Lodge, Creekside Restaurant and The Mercantile closed as of March 23.
Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort, Campground and RV Park have delayed opening until April 24 at the earliest.
Winter operations at Hurricane Ridge ended as of March 17.
The health and safety of our visitors, employees, volunteers, partners, and neighboring communities is our number one priority. The National Park Service (NPS) is working with federal, state, and local authorities to closely monitor COVID-19. We will notify the public when we resume full operations and provide updates on our website and social media channels.
Visitor and resource protection, law enforcement, public health services, and critical infrastructure operations will continue. Olympic National Park relies heavily on volunteer search and rescue organizations to assist in an emergency. During this pandemic, resources and personal protective equipment are limited.
Visitors are encouraged to take advantage of the digital tools already available to explore Olympic National Park. Please continue to enjoy Olympic National Park through the park’s webcams. There are many educational resources available to explore on the Olympic National Park webpage to help you stay connected to your national park.
Updates about NPS operations will be posted on www.nps.gov/coronavirus. Please check nps.gov/olym for specific details about park operations.

Does it matter? How many people live near them?
You should not be traveling by car at this time except for truly urgent needs.
Go for a hike in your neighborhood.

There are no hikes in most of our neighborhoods, unless walking down a sidewalk along a street is considered a hike.
There is nothing wrong with driving around- the whole point of the lockdown order is simply to enforce social distancing. If someone is going out for a scenic drive, or a hike at a remote national forest location, there is absolutely no harm in doing so. The key is not to be an idiot like those on rattlesnake ledge last weekend, piled in with hundreds of others!
