They are shutting off a few streets. Dur street closing

What's especially fun about sock puppets is that you can make each one unique and individual, so that they each have special characters. And they don't have to be human末animals and aliens are great possibilities

Yeah, great title. Ive always thought that road should be pedestrian only. Maybe the whole part of downtown. Other then for business. The horses can stay. We park and walk from the edge of town anyways. A friend had an idea for Bavarian themed petty carts.

Yup. Those couple blocks of tourist streets don't need cars. No one is sober enough to drive anyway and everything is within a 4 minute walk... or a 1 minute gallup smile.gif

Always interesting going into one of these shops full of breakable items where everyone is 8 beers deep and holding their hands behind their back trying to look sober and composed and not touch anything. Thinkin' about that next beer while unconvincingly pretending to have some remote interest in whatever overpriced breakable crap is on the shelves. Every couple mins you hear glass breaking and a loud "F***!!"

That place in the inside corner at the W end of the street is our fave, with all the spices and jams and stuff. When in the areas, we plan a day where we break camp early, hit that joint on the dawn patrol before the crowds swell, and then bolt for our next destination with the newly acquired tasties in the road pantry. Curry ketchup, yay.

It still amazes me that people go to 11worth to shop, or to be indoors at all. I go to beat your best time on Aasgard. wink.gif

There are, believe it or not, two really cool little places which have really unique items, none of which are made in China. Just a matter of seeking them out. up.gif

Well, not that I've ever actually been into these shops in 'Worth myself- just heard reports through the grapevine... obviously I'm too busy chargin' up steep, dusty, sun baked slopes at paces that would shame Olympic athletes!! If you succeed in beating my time i will release a PR statement that it was because the conditions were more favorable or something of that nature! There's no excuses in life, only reasons - and things to blame!
