Eat a little cheese before going to sleep. Your body will generate heat during the digestion process, which with cheese takes longer than with other foods.

If I ate cheese before bed I would be up all night with acid reflux, no matter how warm I was smile.gif I have a 20 degree bag but I was always cold until I got a good insulated sleeping pad. I won't say I now sleep like a baby (I'm just bad at sleeping) but at least I'm not shivering all night. Nowadays we've switched to hammocks and I sleep better with 20 degree underquilt and a 0 degree top quilt. Funny, I sleep with no covers and the windows open at home, but need snowman level insulation outside dizzy.gif

Between the silence of the mountains and the crashing of the sea...
