Have you guys seen this story?

On Facebook, she denounced a Starbucks worker who asked her to wear a mask. It backfired: He received over $32,000 in tips    up.gif  up.gif

Yes, I did, and it was only $22K earlier this morning.

I don't understand why people have such a problem with Lenin.

Lenin
Lenin

So... my only question now is: has Amber Lynn Gilles been fired from her job yet? lol.gif

It probably "disappeared" or was hacked.  The same thing happened to our colorful county commissioner after some folks looked at his facebook page and made it public.   suuure.gif

What's especially fun about sock puppets is that you can make each one unique and individual, so that they each have special characters. And they don't have to be human––animals and aliens are great possibilities

I love the rabbit holes that provide endless entertainment:

https://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/woman-who-shamed-starbucks-barista-for-refusing-to-serve-her-without-mask-speaks-out-as-baristas-gofundme-grows/2354016/

Amber Lynn Gilles wrote:
“It starts with coffee but it ends with mandatory digital certificates and the Mark of The Beast, all of that, forced vaccinations, and you all know what I'm talking about. You've heard it all.” Gilles said.

In other words: off-the-rails-crazy conspiracy theorist.

Artie Ojeda, reporting for NBC San Diego wrote:
For her part, Gilles, who started the incident with her post, said she wants some of the money and is threatening to sue the page creator for defamation and slander.

Why do people like this breed? dizzy.gif

Ordinarily, I'd say it's not fair to pick on those who have been cursed with less than adequate intelligence levels, and certainly dear Amber is low-hanging fruit, but the more I read about this person, the more convinced I am she's in need of some serious therapy.
Or maybe prefrontal lobotomy.

$32K is more like two years barista wages.  Baristas are typically scheduled 31 hours a week or less to avoid them being categorized as full time and qualifying for benefits such as health care, paid sick leave, vacation days, etc.

Hope this doesn't end up being a curse.  Everyone telling him how to spend it, or worse, demanding a piece of it.  Money is not always all it's cracked up to be.  And will anyone actually learn a lesson?  Who knows.
