WAC 314-55-075 says:

"Outdoor production may take place in nonrigid greenhouses, other structures, or an expanse of open or cleared ground fully enclosed by a physical barrier. To obscure public view of the premises, outdoor production must be enclosed by a sight obscure wall or fence at least eight feet high. Outdoor producers must meet security requirements described in WAC 314-55-083."

Security requirements for growing, including camera requirements, are found under WAC 314-55-083.

I'd like to know who is opposing removal of marijuana from Schedule 1.   Every time a bill is introduced in Congress to do so, it goes nowhere.

15-20 years ago, a hitchhiker picked up a large duffle bag in a ditch along Hwy 97, between Oroville and Tonasket.  it had $600,000 in it.  Okanogan County Sheriff claimed it as belonging to the Sheriff, since it was obviously a failed drug deal.  The finder went to court over it, and got it all!

There was more to the story than that;  still findable on the web:

Many claims of $500,000 found in backpack

Oroville finders get to keep drug money

Around 2000 I was on Pierce County's volunteer ground SAR team and we got called up to Church Mountain area in Whatcom County for a "lost hiker".

We soon found out the hiker was from BC and had driven down to meet a friend carrying weed across the border. He was found when he wandered into a campground on the Canada side the following day, not sure how things ended up with the American authorities.
