LOL (and lol). C'mon now, character assassination? Seems maybe a wee bit strong. If the worst thing that's ever said about me is I endorsed sketchy products (FTR, I am totally available to endorse sketchy products!), I wouldn't much sweat it. Heck, if that was the worst thing said about me on this forum I'd consider it a win!
To confirm, as Bedivere suggested, my initial post was tongue-in-cheek. If you google "Alex Trebek controversy" and the best you can come up with is that 2013 Kids Week episode, he's probably not on many people's list of particularly bad people.
