Not only are griz being kept track of, or the number of game animals such as deer/elk or birds but also the big cats...

Thanks for sharing the article. Cool stuff

Captured lots of lions on the camera traps this year.

I'm starting to believe that mountain lions are the apex predator around here. More so than the wolves

bpg.. if you are really interested in the big cats you might research maurice hornocker prof wildlife game biologist moscow id, he was a family friend back in the day and worked with the craigheads tagging griz. later idaho big cats and even in florida tagging cats in the everglades.

The population of cougars is increasing due to more restrictions on hunting, example not allowing the use of dogs.
