Just now came across this via KOMO News online: Search suspended for missing 66-year-old hiker in North Cascades.
From the article--quote: ... The Skagit County Sheriff’s Office launched an official search for Simonseth the next day with assistance from Skagit County search-and-rescue crews and other county and municipal search groups from Western Washington.
The search continued each day until Sunday but Simonseth was never located.
In a statement, Simonseth's family said the search was suspended due to the treacherous terrain in the area and avalanche dangers. ...
My sincere condolences to Mr. Simonseth's family and friends. I am very sad for your loss.
Much appreciation to all the folks involved in his search. That's a tough area to be missing in. The article mentions that the family will continue with a private search. ~z

You are referring to Rachel Ladouk? No, sadly, not found yet.
