I just found this among some papers. I can't find a date on it but it's before Highway 99. Notice the ad for the Canyon Park Inn on the Mountain Loop.

The LaSalle automobile sold by Dolloff Motor Company was apparently marketed from 1927 to 1940. The map was probably printed during that period.

Highway 99 was opened in late 1927. The Mitchell Hotel operated from 1903 to 1925.

I got curious about Oakland because of the Pontiac logo on this map, and found this wiki: Oakland Motor Car Company; never heard of it - but it was a forerunner for awhile.
