A coworker said it was a mom sending a warning? That's what I thought as I walked up the trail but never ventured off trail. Nice to hear wild animals in a city park!

I had one howl at me from about 20' off the trail in Discovery Park the other day. Startled the crap out of me. I've also seen them 4-5 other things in the past 18 or so months there. No wonder there are so many missing cat posters in the neighborhood....
