Do you think the worms could be responsible for my pc problems?
When I go to a web site I can navigate all around. Then when going to another site I have to redial and then that site is ok. Then repeat, repeat....
It even happens with Firefox & ZA disabled.

No, the sanity worm overwrites files and defaces web sites.
As far as your other problems, that's why we've resisted implementing fancy menus, etc. here and just kept things simple. Too many browser issues to deal with once you stray far from good ol' basic html and basic javascript.

I'm usually plowing around in the underbrush, which is probably why you didn't see me. 
I got some pretty good pictures of the whole thing though.
