I would see this warning sign on one of my running loops from Renton Highlands down to Coulon Park and back. This sign was in the front yard of a house on the street (Lake St?) that gains access to the north end of Coulon Park. The house also has a tree house in the shape of a typical bird house with a roosting post. The bird would have to be very large for this bird house, hence the warning sign. Alas, the warning sign was stolen about 1994, I would guess. I have not been by the area in many moons, I do not know is the "bird house" still exists.

gn, the sign in the picture is the one you saw on your running loop so they must have replaced it after the theft.   The monster bird house is still there.  The whole thing is pretty funny.

I feel better now. I thought it was the Forest Service's new Air Surveillance Division. If you didn't pay the fees, the sign represented what happens to you.
